For product or purchase help, email contact@kastovia.com. The checklist below usually resolves file and license issues without sharing sensitive document information.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the file ends in .pdf and is not password protected.
- Keep each PDF at or below 20 MiB and 500 pages.
- Keep a batch at or below 200 MiB total.
- Scanned or image-only documents need OCR before text comparison; the extension does not include OCR.
- If Pro is not recognized, connect to the internet, choose Refresh license, and re-enter the emailed key with Activate license.
- A license supports three active browser installations. Deactivate one before transferring that activation to another browser.
What to include
Tell us the extension version, Chrome version, operating system, number and approximate sizes of the selected PDFs, and the exact status or error shown. For purchase help, include the purchase email address and order reference.
Do not send confidential PDFs, full license keys, card details, document text, filenames, or hashes. If a file is needed to reproduce an issue, create a non-sensitive sample.
Refund requests
Email contact@kastovia.com within 14 days of purchase from the purchase email address and include the order reference. A full refund deactivates the Pro license and returns the extension to the free 10-PDF limit. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
