1. The product

TaskBound is a Chrome focus aid. It captures the active official ClickUp task when requested, runs focus and break timers, blocks user-selected domains during focus, and keeps local history. It does not connect to the ClickUp API, modify ClickUp data, write time entries, synchronize accounts, or provide an operating-system or mobile blocker.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate domains and durations, saving work before starting a session, and reviewing exported records before relying on them.

2. Trial and Pro access

The trial includes three successful focus starts in total with all version 1 features. The allowance does not reset daily. Pausing and resuming the same session does not consume another start.

TaskBound Pro for version 1 costs EUR 29 once, tax included, with no recurring fee or expiry for version 1. A license may be active on up to three browser installations. After the trial, every new focus start requires a fresh successful online entitlement check. An active focus session, pause, stop, break, and removal of blocking rules do not depend on an online check.

A version 1 purchase does not promise free future major versions, lifetime feature expansion, unlimited support, or other Kastovia products. You may not share or resell a key, bypass the trial or license checks, interfere with blocking rules, or use TaskBound unlawfully.

3. Blocking behavior and limitations

Blocking covers only domains you add and authorize, including their subdomains, in the Chrome profile where TaskBound is installed. Starting focus attempts to reload already-open matching tabs. Save drafts before starting because a reload may discard unsaved page input.

Extensions, browser settings, profiles, incognito configuration, other browsers, direct IP addresses, local applications, mobile devices, network failures, browser updates, and user actions can limit or bypass blocking. Kastovia does not guarantee uninterrupted or bypass-proof blocking, completion of work, productivity, earnings, or a particular result.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@kastovia.com from the purchase email address with the order reference. A full refund deactivates the Pro license, after which the three-start trial boundary applies. Mandatory statutory cancellation, refund, and warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Availability and changes

Chrome, ClickUp page structure, device sleep, permission changes, and browser resource limits can affect capture, timers, tab reloads, or blocking. Kastovia may update compatibility, security, limits, or the future availability of the free trial and future sales. A change does not convert a version 1 one-time purchase into a subscription.

6. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, TaskBound is provided “as is” and “as available” without a warranty that every distraction will be blocked, every task will be captured, every timer will complete at an exact wall-clock instant, or productivity will improve.

To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the paid product is limited to the amount paid for the affected license. This does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

7. ClickUp name and governing law

TaskBound is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ClickUp. ClickUp and related marks belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Questions: contact@kastovia.com.
